Library Board Approved Minutes 2020 Annual Meeting

DeForest Area Public Library Annual Library Board Minutes
Thursday, June 4, 2020 at 3:00 p.m.

1. Call to Order and Roll Call
   • The meeting was called to order at 3:28 p.m. due to technical difficulties.. Roll call showed Englesby, Gorres, Lawrence Lowery, Runez, and Van Iten present. Zeimet could not connect.
2. Call for nomination of officers.
   • Motion: Runez moved to retain the current officers as follows: Van Iten, President, Englesby Vice President, Gorres Secretary, and Lawrence, Treasurer.
   • Second: Lowery
   • Action: All approved
3. Election of officers.
   • The nominations were closed.
     • Motion to approve the slate of officers: Lawrence
     • Second: Englesby
     • Action: All approved.
4. Select Date and Time of Regular Board Meetings.
   • Motion that the regular library board be on the first Thursday of the month at 6 p.m.: Van Iten
   • Second: Lowery
   • Action: All approved
5. Adjournment of Annual Meeting.
   • Motion to adjourn the Annual Meeting: Lowery
   • Second: Englesby
   • Action: All approved

Meeting adjourned at 3:35 p.m.
