Library Board Approved Minutes 2022 Annual Meeting

Thursday, June 2rd, 2022 at 6:00 p.m.

  1. Call to Order and Roll Call
    • The meeting was called to order by President Kathy Van Iten at 6:00 p.m.
    • Roll call showed present: Englesby, Landgraf, Van Iten
    • Absent: Gorres, Lawrence, Runez, and Zeimet
    • Also present: Assistant Library Director Christa Tollefson.
  2. Call for nomination of officers.
    • Zeimet nominate the current slate of officers as follows:
    • President: Van Iten
    • Vice President: Englesby
    • Treasurer: Lawrence
    • Secretary: Gorres
    • Motion to approve and elect full slate as presented: Landgraf
    • Second: Englesby
    • Action: All approved.
  4. Select Date and Time of Regular Board Meetings.
    • Motion to set the date as first Thursday: Van Iten
    • Second: Englesby
    • Action: All Approved.
    • Motion to set the time of the meeting as 6:00 p.m.: Landgraf
    • Second: Englesby
    • Action: All approved.
  5. Adjournment of Annual Meeting.
    • Motion to adjourn the annual meeting: Englesby
    • Second: Landgraf
    • Action: All Approved.
