Join us for a Community Book Discussion of The Anxious Generation by Jonathan Haidt. Copies of the book are available for checkout at the DeForest Area Public Library.

The Anxious Generation explores the rising mental health challenges among youth, and examines the impact of social media, societal pressures, and constant connectivity on their well-being.
