Woodland creatures are coming to the Library! Learn about the winter behaviors and adaptations of porcupines, snakes, skunks, rabbits, hedgehogs, and red foxes—and then meet some of them in person.

Experience a captivating slideshow, engage in interactive activities, and get creative with fun crafts. Whether you're a nature enthusiast or just curious about these incredible animals, there's something for everyone to enjoy!
There's something for all ages, kids through adults are invited to come learn about our wolf neighbors.
Join us on the Library patio for a winter campfire, complete with hot dogs, s'mores, warm drinks, and seasonal music.
Take a break from the chill and step inside to paint 3D-printed miniature woodland creatures.
While you're here (or even if you're not), you can sign up and start logging your books and activities for the 2025 Winter Reading Program in Beanstack.
