PHMDC Free Covid-19 Vaccine Clinics

Public Health of Madison and Dane County will be hosting free weekly, walk-in Covid-19 vaccination clinics in the DeForest Area Public Library's Community Room.

If you would like to you may schedule an appointment, but walk-ins are always welcome!

Clinics are currently scheduled for Fridays, 9:00 am to 12:00 pm, through July 29. Dates will be added as needed.

Pfizer, Moderna, and Johnson & Johnson vaccines will be available while supplies last for 1st, 2nd, and booster doses. No appointments, ID, or insurance required. The clinic is open to everyone ages 5 and older; a parent or guardian must accompany 5 to 17 year olds.

PHMDC is providing and staffing the clinic. Library staff will help you find answers to your questions to the best of their abilities.
