  • Educational presentation by the Greater Wisconsin Agency of Aging Resources, Inc.
  • Notarization Service: To make your POA legally valid, we will have notaries available to officially notarize your completed documents on-site.

Bring with you:

  • Your government issued identification (driver’s license, passport, etc.)
  • Details about the person you intend to appoint as your agent (name, address, etc.)
